      Dedicated, knowledgable clinicians that work the hours needed to take care of their patients.

      Cons

      They want more and more work, less compensation. Dont care about you outside of what you can do for them.

      Pros

      Good compensation Good Benefits Opprotunity to travel Face to face with corporate leaders through NEO and BD orientation Love the idea of having own agency Good program for Behavioral Health Good Online training.

      Cons

      Lack of communication and support from AVP and VP Business Development problems Online only training. Difficult to arrange personal training. No balance with personal life. Totally expected to work extended hours.

      Salary Employee Appreciation Flexibility Patients are a priority Benefits Educational Support This company truly does go above and beyond for it's employees from what I have seen over the last 1-2 years. We are appreciated, have excellent pay and benefits, and have good office support. As for the fraud investigation, I can personally say that I have NEVER had any pressure to do anything with/for a pt that I did not believe was warranted. Our professional opinions are respected and trusted, which is a good feeling. I have found that this is a company that makes me want to help succeed because it has been so good to me.

      Sometimes difficulties with computerized documentation programs Difficulty obtaining IT support if an issue You must be quite confident in your skills and self-sufficient to succeed- in the home health setting, you must be able to work as an independent agent.
