      Pros

      Very independent and rewarding career. The benefits and salary are wonderful and I have the opportunity to grow and become a leader. I don't plan on going anywhere!

      Cons

      There are only so many nurses to go around and when patients are in need and sick they must be taken care of. Some days are longer than others!!

      Flexibility Allows for independant thinkers / workers Great benefits Good pay Fantastic Team that care about our patients

      Cons

      Way too much turnover in the local leadership roles. Extremely frustrating and distracting that we have a new AVP of BD and Ops every few months. Each having new "rules and expectations". It seriously gets exhausting. Not saying you should keep the bad ones, hire/orient/train better people.
