      Average Company That Could Be Great

      Pros

      This organization has a strong mission that any employee could support. Employees have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of individuals. Non-clinical employees have the opportunity to learn from clinical employees. Compensation seems fair.

      Cons

      Core values are inconsistently applied throughout the organization. Most departments operate in silos that make it difficult for field employees to operate effectively. The organization strongly needs some foundational processes to support its tremendous growth. Continuous improvement is often an excuse to throw out software or processes before they are fully baked and ready to be implemented, which leads to confusion. Really hard to maintain work-life balance.

      poor middle management - needs to lead by example

      flexibility, but that is any home care, so this is nothing unique....sorry amedysis

      Cons

      unstable doo, inconsistent rehab director, overall poor management on both of their parts. they surely do not lead by example. they apply the rules that are convenient to them and their budget despite company policy and the employees are cheated of $$. we present policy and are stonewalled. communication is poor. bom is overworked. unfortunately, it looks like this area will be losing their staff of therapists in the near future.

      good clinicians, nice office, on the road a lot, could work personal appointments around job duties, feel like you are really helping people with their healthcare

      Cons

      poor leadership, inept management, mostly concerned about "hitting numbers" for monthly budget than about good customer service, have different offices competing in the same area for patient referalls
