Cutting down to the bare bones of staff----No opportunity to have back up support---We had our Office manager out for surgery---a BOS out with a hospitalized spouse---and a nurse who went home sick---because she works almost 7 days a week so visits are covered. I am efficient able to multitask & before we were able to do our best with selected roles---Amedisys expects their team to do a mediocre or minimal job with everything----there is no opportunity to do things the best we can any more----There is limited staff & so you are constantly interuppted which make you be at risk to make errors & do a poor job. Then there is the Computer system.....that's too difficult to discuss---very poor and slow

constant policies and procedures changes, tons of redundant paperwork, no recognition of hard work, no feedback other than negative, inept leadership at director level. Special deals for friends of director - and yet another AVP just got canned so there is no oversight of our local offices (again).
