Pay was great. Benefits were great. Tons of opportunities if you put forth the effort. Work/Life balance was top of the line.

Cons

Horrible online banking that shuts off at 12 AM to allow their systems to cut over to the next day, which doesn’t allow clients to access online banking over night. Real client concerns were never addressed, instead the company allocated money towards making products “look nice”, not WORK PROPERLY. This place will ruin your reputation as a banker. No formal training program when you start. They just sit you at a desk and throw you in the mix. Too many politics. Illegal and unethical business practices. Systems never worked properly; something was always breaking. Difficult to communicate with other departments in Florida. Language barriers.
