Confusion, Fear, Discombobulated....!!!... Laying off and more to come. They are in trouble.

Pros

Good Benefits, Great Salaries (best in the industry) Florida is the best place to work with this company.

Cons

Upper management need to focus more on Regionals and Branch managers since they play favorites, which is very unethical. Bank is currently experiencing high turnover in certain areas do to management, specially the Texas regions.

Pros

The culture and environment among the co-workers is great. There is an atmosphere of friendship at the workplace, which makes the office more fun than it would normally be.

Cons

There is a lack of consistency and processes within the bank. The lack of training for new positions needs to be improved because new hires are not able to succeed from the start because they don't know what they need to do.
