Systems and technology are a dismay. Management is very old style, very vertical, not so transparent, does not have employees as stakeholders in decisionsm long term planning.

Good location right in the heart of the Gables. Indoor parking space provided, casual dress code on Fridays, collegiate atmosphere.

Cons

Nepotism at its best! Employee contribution towards medical benefits is high. Senior Management has no sense of direction This organization is not recommeded if you are looking to build a serious career.

Many of issues regarding pay have to flow through a slow system and into Human Resources and it takes long to get things done
