Pros

The company has good benefits (insurance, 401K) and is relatively easy to work with people in the organization. Reasonable hours are also a plus.

Cons

Technology systems used by employees are generally dated (AS400 suite, CSCS CRM) offices need urgent remodelling (except Private Banking Area which is Ok to Good), dated management culture in the Personal Banking Area (not so good transparency on decisions and future plans).
