The company is top heavy, and they do not care about their employees or their customers, they only care about falsifying documentation to appease shareholders. They violate written agreements often and they also violate pricing laws. They claim to be safety oriented but while I was there they let the entire safety department go. Literally the worst employer I have ever had.

Many! Threat of being fired on a daily basis. Staffing is so lean you can’t get any work done. Corporate has no knowledge of what happens in the field. They bombard you with useless reports and requests that they are fully capable of answering themselves. Multiple conf calls, constant on-Lind training and affidavits to sign stating you are aware you can lose your job if...lack of care for customers. Very large turnover. Exhausted staff!unreal expectations, no respect for employees. This company only succeeds by buying other companies to pay their shareholders. I understand it is their company and they can run it however they want, but wouldn’t it be nice if they could be a Great Company. They could support their employees, retain their loyal customers and be admired. Instead they have worn out employees, with little time to realize how poorly they are being treated because they are so busy trying to keep the business running. It’s a very unfortunate place to be. Save yourself the time and never apply.
