First and foremost, management is totally in the dark and does not care about employee feedback in the slightest. If you speak up, you might as well pack your bags even if it is for the good of the company. There is no quality assurance or much feedback of your overall performance bc management does not value employees, pay needs to equate to industry standard and raises do not equal the standard yearly increases cost of living/inflation, very little seperation between work/life balance, overworked and dissatisfied employees, promises are made about work culture/and overall workload and they do not follow through Proceed with caution when considering a job offer with AG.
