Pros

A lot of opportunity to learn new technologies because a lot of Techs are so busy and over worked.

Cons

Morale is horrible. Do not trust what you are being told. People are only out for themselves. Nobody is held accountable for their actions and a lot of finger pointing. They do not like people with opninions. No remote work. Very, very political. No appreciation you can never do enough. If you don't play the game your never going to succeed.

Pros

A lot of great people at district offices. Most are long-term employees with excellent industry knowledge. They tend to be team players who have come onboard through acquisitions. Benefits are pretty good. If you are lucky enough to have a good manager, this can be a good opportunity.

Cons

Very minimal increases given during annual performance reviews. Middle management says they are accountable for many things, however district managers are almost always blamed and terminated instead. Long-term employees do not receive the respect that they have earned.
