Pros

Biweekly pay, free coffee, tea

Cons

This is place is a needs help. New training class in Charlotte, trainers lack communications skills, a lot of unprofessional behavior, class packed, management threatening employees regarding lunch and break times, cannot be late or you get points, even for 1 minute late. Horrible, A lot of material to cover for a job that pays less than $22 an hour. Director of the call center, she seems bullish as two call center managers are also less than professional, this seems like an old school sweat shop.

Pros

Coworkers are a good group. The job is straightforward. You'll get a forklift license working on the yard. They make sure you do the job well and handle propane safely.

Cons

Upper and middle management will make decisions that will be against what the workers on the ground, the drivers that know their routes, and the territory managers that know their territories, tell them. Then typically when that decision is aging poorly, they will reverse that decision and want to try something new. There is communication but too often it feels entirely one sided because decisions are made based on what "the computer" says, and not what an employee with years of knowledge will tell someone. And this has occured numerous times over my employment. Middle and upper management seem to shuffle. They may stick around for a year or two or so, and then there's new people that come in and replace them and the new people want to do things their way. The issue comes in when this keeps happening time and time again and it becomes a cycle where people who have little to no knowledge of the propane business, make decisions on it and tend to not listen to the current employees who do have the knowledge, some of which have been around for a decade or two even.

Pros

Pay. That’s it! Benefits are costly but not bad.

Cons

Don’t get me started. Poor sloppy Training, you are thrown to the wolves, customers hate this company. Company values speed over care and accuracy. Routes make no sense through their scheduling software. This Software breaks down constantly and you still need to clock out on time. Phones are constant. Managers do NOT get it and do not care about you.
