Decent pay and benefits Nights/weekends off

Cons

This company is losing 7,000 customers a month and they are more concerned with bringing employees that were hired to be remote into offices. Offices that don't always exist or will need to be set up in the company is paying money to set these up. How about paying money to keep your customers or to figure out why you're losing customers? This company will be out of business if it continues this direction.
