- Nice Colleagues - Solid Training with continued support - Effective systems (SAP, etc) - Positive when change is needed - Direct by laid back management - Flexible work life balance (depending on manager) - Value placed on doing the work, not playing the “game”.

Cons

- Pay low for the industry - Hybrid schedule (on site 3 days a week)
