None that anyone other than management would think were so wonderful!

Cons

Underpaid, always understaffed, picky demands dreamt up by upper level management that are impossible to meet, likewise bonuses are designed not to be paid out, training is spotty, public facing positions utilize crude uneducated people to expand their business, customers are treated like dirt when they complain they are being gouged for product or services, no one cares at this company for anyone or anything. They are so desperate to make good their economic promises to shareholders that they screw everyone out of decent raises and make them take “voluntary” days off each month. Do not work for this company. They are toxic.

Pros

Operating system is SAP, benefits and pay are okay, employee price for propane, and the employees.

Cons

It's all about the bottom dollar, the shareholders, and how many competing propane co.'s they can acquisition each year. Reduced hours have become the norm from April to August (for hourly employees), pto must be taken from April to Sept. (which is the time the offices are short-handed due to reduced hrs.). Employees are also expected (during this timeframe) to complete on-line courses, attend training classes, learn new processes & procedures, and answer all the calls for promotional specials that have been mailed out. No opportunity for local advancement. Avg. raises are 1.5-2%, and avg. market price per gallon for customer's is $4.29-$4.89.

Discount on propane. Other benefits are decent as well. decent pay, but low for industry. 401k. hard to find much else!

Cons

on call 24/7. little upper management leadership. safety preached as core value, but not even a priority. friends within company valued much higher than performance or results. high stress.
