Good salary and benefits, compared to privately owned clinics.

Cons

At the end of the day, they only care about how much money they are making. If that means dragging the name of their employees in the mud, just to hopefully make a client a bit happier, they will do it. Have a very negative way of criticizing their employees while giving minimal support or positive feedback. No real opportunity to grow. Some vets haven't gotten any promotion or salary increase in years.
