      Pros

      We have a great new office. Management really cares about us as employees. We are working hard and getting to build a great company. It is very cool to be recognized as business of the year in San Antonio. Tom and Chris had the right balance when it came to the pandemic, and I was grateful we grew so much during that time.

      Cons

      We have so many new people and haven't been back to the office yet. I hope we keep our culture when we get bigger.
