Low pay for education and skills, can get paid more for working at a bank. Feel I should be getting paid more for what I do- I can process, underwrite, and finish loans. They train loan officers very well, we can do all types of loans from business, all types of personal, and home equity loans. Lack of tution reimbursement, they have it but the requirement are strict and unknown.
