I am able to laugh and have fun with coworkers, bonuses when achieving goals, usually good working with schedule (dr appts & days off)

Cons

Corporate forces "scripts" making it hard to be personal with patients. Company focused on making money over relationships and loyalty. Forced to cross-train with no reward. Management at my store is ridiculous.. Completely irresponsible and poorly trained compared to other stores. Very gossipy place to work- feels like I'm back in middle school

Pros

Fast growing Companies who goes out of their way to develop all of their associates and promote from within. With 60+ new store openings a year it is a great company for growth.

Cons

Since they are growing so fast not everyone gets to experience the proper training they need and for those managers I feel bad for. They run their stores the "old school" way of optics and don't know they are treating their associates they way they are and it seeps down to the customers.

This is a place to start or end your career.

Cons

The model is 2 pair with eye exam and the people that come for that can be the must rude you will ever meet. With that the staff you find will be the same.
