Pros

Benefits are okay, my team is a family but damn it's annoying.

Cons

My manager literally told the tech we have, "you need the retinal images no matter what, if i was back there i would tell them they might have cancer. Let's check that out."

Pros

Absolutely non. You will waste your time at a corrupt company. They have no regards for you as a person. They have withheld many days from my paycheck as well as no corona pay that was guaranteed to me.

Cons

I was told I was letting my team down when I left and gave notice. I could pay my rent because they withheld days. I was told by my manager and regional manager I would receive corona. This company is a waste is time and energy. The only good part was my coworkers. Management is lazy and unhelpful

Pros

Great Coworkers who are reliable and work together for the success of the location. Easy place to get hired in order to gain direct patient care experience

Cons

This is very clearly a company who has gone above and beyond to cut corners to keep as much money at the top of the company and leaves lower level employees to fend for themselves. There are not enough employees in the store, with no money to hire extra help, everyone is overworked and severely underpaid. They pay you well under the national average, despite your experience and there is no increase in pay for having a four-year degree, cross-training positions, or for moving to full time. The doctors are also over-worked. The scheduling set by the company does not leave enough time for patients to be seem by both, myself (the technician) and the doctor, and creates a bottle-necking of patients waiting to be seen.
