Employees discount is 50% off Annually you get a voucher to get a pair of glasses (they like to say its a free pair but there are so many limitation)

Cons

-Each location is ran different, based on manager. -Company mission statement is "to deliver the best value in quality eye care and eyewear at the low prices America deserves... every day" but the prices are really a rip off since most optical offices dont nickel and dime you like they do, nor do they make you use verbage to make it seem like it benefits the customer when it doesnt. -They like to threaten to "clean house" each retail location if one thing goes wrong. -DOES NOT have a work life balance. -Company does not care for employees well being, -Company "appreciation" gift is a cheaply made umbrella / duffle bag / lunch box. -Commission is typically only 1% -Does not allow you to let customers know that their insurance is Out of network.

Good associate discount on frames, lenses, and contacts.

Cons

Management intentionally posted job offerings for positions that were already filled to then switch it on you at interview for a lower paying position. The pay is not very good. Unrealistic working expectations like working opening to close, PTO denied even when the request was put in MONTHS sin advanced. Very high turnover rate, staff always pushing due to these issues.

This has been the absolute worst place ever to work! I've witnessed and been a victim of some of the most immoral practices ever. You only get benefits if you're full time so you can forget it, management absolutely sucks and it's SEVERELY understaffed because they don't pay enough for you to even be able to afford a shed. There is absolutely no work life balance, cleaning toilets will get you further in life than working here! They treat vulnerable employees like absolute garbage, if you love yourself please don't work here!
