Pros

The people at America's Test Kitchen are fantastic. And overall, the culture is good, too. The office is also dog-friendly. Great work-life balance.

Cons

Bad pay. Like absolutely atrocious, even for the media industry. And the health care. THE HEALTH CARE. Way too expensive. The chance for promotion and career advancement is slim, as the amount of people who deserve promotion is large.

Pros

- Excellent work/life balance (40 hour weeks, very minimal on-call) - Leadership is very competent and transparent - Remote flexibility for some teams (engineering team is 100% remote) - All the recipes you could ever want

Cons

- Not many of the hugely difficult engineering challenges that could pad your resume or put you on the front page of Hacker News
