      Great working environment - can't beat being around TV, Food and IT

      The location of the main office is hard to get to in Brookline.

      Pros

      Great people to work with--everyone who isn't upper management is pretty great and excited about working with food. It's a younger company overall, so there's a lot of energy. Subject matter is interesting, and it's easy to learn how all parts of the company work and get involved. Mostly really hard workers.

      Cons

      Pay--debilitatingly low. The way management treats its employees (we are made to feel like we are expendable). Benefits--they hardly cover anything, and the health plan is the worst. Promotions/raises rarely occur, and you have to fight for them. No matter how hard you work, management can find a way to not give you the raise or promotion you really deserve. Understaffed, so you'll end up doing more work than you're paid for and/or reasonably falls under your job description.
