Pros

the chefs and writers are highly dedicated and they are the real deal- strong HR team, good diversity, good perks.

Cons

The office is run by a pack of three goons. They have been together for decades at other jobs and they came to ATK thinking this would be easy work and they could make a quick buck for their parent company. Not the case. In the meantime they are very secretive, hold grudges and dont know how to motivate workers- they believe and their actions show it that workers are expendable.

- People here are generally great to work with - Great brand to get started with, good name recognition

Cons

- Since being purchased layoffs occur often - Direction of the brand changes frequently, so nothing is ever achieved - Because of the above it feels like your job is never safe - Because of the above it feels like America's Test Kitchen won't last much longer
