Their benefits are quite substantial in this economy. The lack of micromanagement is good.

Cons

The business was always questionable on practices and processes. The huge lack of communication is the largest issue with this company. There is also the problem of "leadership" doesn't develop any of their employees. The negative is always at the forefront and if you aren't brown nosing or doing what the 'favorites' want then you must seriously watch your back. Pushback and opinion giving is not tolerated.

Excellent training program almost to the point of being excessive. Great company structure. Seems to have great movement between positions if needed

Cons

Can be very stop start position. This may change as I get more leads. Some people dont like their shifts and you need tenure to change

Just a overall good environment to work at management is good. Treatment is always fair and respectful

Cons

Cons is mostly with coworkers slacking off because we work independently some Co workers slack duties to next shift can be very frustrating
