It has become an incredibly toxic environment with no clear direction. They have done multiple massive layoffs, including getting rid of 3 entire teams/ departments. They’ve brought on a consulting company that clearly cares more about shareholder value than they do about employee or client wellbeing.

Upper management was cold and uncaring. Bad pay/“merit” raises — Over the course of 3 years, I received $0.96, total. Bonuses were taken away a little after I started working there, with the promise of reinstating them after “reworking how we earn them.” The bonuses were never reinstated, even after 1.5 years.
