      Flexible remote work overshadowed by poor leadership

      Pros

      Remote work had lots of flexibility.

      Cons

      Poor leadership from top to bottom. Never answered the though questions. Claimed they cared about their people, but when things got tough, they layed hundreds of people off in silence. The company only wants to hear about the good on the engagement surveys, honest and negative feedback will get you targeted.

      Great people to work with, remote opportunities

      Cons

      They eliminated over 20 jobs in one day for business needs. I thought this was the best company to work for. They gave us bonuses and raises each year, reviews were encouraging, Then one day without any warning and after receiving good news that they signed a great deal, they let us go. They also told the employees and managers they could not give a reference to the former employees.
