      Pros

      I am thankful that American AgCredit focuses on company culture and inclusion. Additionally, while other companies are forcing returns to office, American AgCredit has embraced remote work. They also promote good work/life balance.

      Things are never perfect, and never will be, but we are trying to improve where needed and able. We work hard for a noble mission and purpose. Those who don't want to do that should stay away.
