      Growing Pains

      Pros

      Pretty good company going through a bit of growing pains as it transforms from a smaller company to a larger one. Pay was competitive when I was hired.

      Cons

      Much of the company culture has vanished, it feels like the company doesn't care as much about people as it used to. Some if this is after effects from the pandemic and they also keep hiring more middle managers and finance people. The soul is mostly gone.

      Somethings are done “because that’s how it has always been done” instead of looking to change for efficiency. Some tenured employees are able to do whatever they want and others have to bend to their will. Some in department do not all work the same and will do others jobs for them creating frustration.
