Pros

Most of the employees are remote. Exceptional company culture that includes trust and respect. Great benefits and perks. Support for continuous learning baked into culture. Company is forward thinking. We help farmers to feed us!

Cons

Could have better cross company communications. Everyone wants IT and Business to be one team, but to do so, IT needs to understand what you are up to to ensure you are making decisions that align with the technology.

Great people to work with, remote opportunities

Cons

They eliminated over 20 jobs in one day for business needs. I thought this was the best company to work for. They gave us bonuses and raises each year, reviews were encouraging, Then one day without any warning and after receiving good news that they signed a great deal, they let us go. They also told the employees and managers they could not give a reference to the former employees.

Too many to list. Hr poor knowledge on policies and procedures, ceo is less than desirable leader with no help of guidance or leadership. Turned in to an online no personal inperson experience.
