Pros

- Good exposure, opportunity to experience F travel on AA flights on duty travel - Supportive colleagues

Cons

- Pay is very uncompetitive - No clear focus, direction: you are expected to complete multiple, conflicting objectives and even when you are doing well on the hard numbers, you can be castigated for not fully meeting other objectives.
