Pros

They support work life balance, the supervisors are pretty laid back making the atmosphere pleasent, the dress is casual and you have a good schedule option

Cons

The pay for what you do is not as competative as it should be. Upward mobility isn't always given to the best canidates

In a make or break year

Pros

Still some decent benefits but management recently added working hours and cut vacation.

Cons

Management treats the rank and file as disposable. No long term career prospects. Pay is below average. Company has not been doing well for the last few years. Senior management knows change is needed and the response has been to freeze pay, cut benefits and push employees to produce more. Morale is low and turnover is high.
