Pros
Nice, co-workers, helping ppl, the benefits were okay but those are being stripped away. And it can be good job experience although somewhat difficult to make any move that isn't lateral without really doing a lot of extra (unpaid) work like fundraising (yes, the company that pays you, is constantly trying get you to donate your salary back) or becoming a management favorite.
Cons
Close colleagues quitting everyday. Always new painful changes which require greater workload for costs savings. For low pay with no incentives, when you start to shave away retirement or take away ensured holidays off, don't scratch your heads when there is a mass exit that follows. It isn't because of change. It's because you are changing in the for the worse. I'm not sure what it will take for you all to start taking note.
