Pros

The equipment and people are pretty good. They'll train you for any career path you may decide to go if you are reliable and serious about your career. The pay is competitive and they offer flexible work rotations depending your preference of mainline or fleet vessels. Upper management is solid.

Cons

The medical insurance is expensive and the coverage could be better. They do offer a competitive 401k but don't have a pension plan based on years of service.

good people in management in Cairo Il, Good employees and good people at the helm.

Cons

The southern ran safety department will suck the life out of you if you go into management.
