Pros

You get to work outside, meet a lot of great people, and travel the south west.

Cons

The office is very unorganized; office members are unapproachable. No one replies to emails, which is unacceptable. To keep this organization professional and flowing smoothly, more people should be hired.

Pros

Excellent benefits and further education opportunities. Great training ground for students and a great place to expand your professional network.

Cons

Mediocre management. Managers need to be trained in management and not just the technical aspects of the job. People take things personally - it is business!
