its a great job its a little easier working for them then your gray area agency that are based off accounts from past years

i feel that the hourly should be a little higher based on past positions

Pros

ACI has a decent bonus structure and a good client base. Their focus on compliance and customer service will ensure that they will be in business for a long time.

Cons

Because the company is mid sized it may be easy to get cast out of their family atmosphere if you are not able to find a team or client that fits.
