when they shut down in the summer you become a maintenance worker regardless of your actual position

Pros

The company does offer competitive pay, competitive benefits, DuPont schedule and plenty of overtime, holiday work to the people who like to put in a lot of hours.

Cons

Company complains that they don't have enough help, but at the same time, they are always are looking for ways to get rid of people. I used to like American Crystal Sugar, not anymore. Being fired was a blessing in disguise though I had Years of hard work and dedication in.
