Good insurance. Most co-workers are good to work with.

Cons

Micromanaged. DuPont schedule sucks. Actually maintain equipment instead of kiss the boo-boo and put a band-aid on. Almost zero chance to advance to a higher tech grade pay position. Favoritism. Even a packaging supervisor quit this place for a better job. A probable lock-out is coming at the end of July.

16hr to start. Mediocre benefits.

Cons

Terrible, and I mean really terrible, supervisors. Ancient equipment. Unsafe conditions. Union that does nothing. Horrible hours, do you want to work fro mn 8pm-8am for $16hr? Do yourself a favor and look very hard for any other job, you will hate this one within 2 months.

Bad upper management human resources nobody cares if an employee complains they are all over you even if the complaint is false.
