The processes and procedures that is used to perform work activities are very broken. Leadership is very disconnected and does not like to get involved, their fix it to throw money at it and let someone else do the work. Leadership will hear a concern but fails to listen as things will not get done.

Whatever leadership says, goes. There is a blatant disregard of reconcile based off input from employees despite how much "culture" is pushed. Merit-based promotions: it seems putting in the time with mediocre work and/or work ethic will get you just as far as going above and beyond. Pay is not competitive, as mentioned by a myriad of other reviews here that date back for years indicating it will not change.
