There are multiple layers of redundant computer systems that make tasks excruciating to complete quickly. We are expanding our grid system at an amazing pace so it would’ve been nice to had to issues worked out before the rush began. The company outsourced its IT support to India so that isn’t working out well for the users. The company doesn’t have a budget for real personal development. They spend money on training but it is all safety or security related and nothing that has any significant value to the employees looking to expand their knowledge. Our Directors don’t are forced to get creative and have one employee with limited knowledge in a subject train other employees rather than hire one subject matter expert to train multiple employees. The company offers 3 medical plans 2 of which are affordable but don’t cover anything until the deductibles are met and one that is ridiculously expensive but covers more. The 401k match is a little lower than other major companies but not too far off.
