Vacation and flex time (when you can utilize it)

Cons

Micromanaging, incompetent management, changing metrics that can cost you thousands, held accountable for their system issues, allows 1 hour bathroom time within 1 month, tells you to call card members back but then penalize you when you call too many back

Beware Manager/Leader power trip company, No stocks compare to my last role, low vacation time, 3 weeks of sick leave is not enough if covid is still around. Poor onboarding exp, Low Pay

Cons

Pay and bonuses have been removed and changed, Everything is micromanaged. Office Politics. You can't move up unless you are in the right friend group. Discrimination
