Pros

The organization take care of its employees. They have a mini restaurant which serve ok food, a game room, day care center (reservation only), fitness center,a clean work environment and also very involved with community.

Cons

Business Consulting: ITS A GRIND, COLD CALLING 100%, Very stressful, to the point that your always getting sick. They do have a nurse at the location. Commission is paid out every 3 months which was big bummer. No overtime (Salary). Your putting in 50 hours a week which is the minimum if want to hit goal.

Pros

Awesome income opportunities and bonuses Ability to work from the comfort of your home Split schedule

Cons

Lots of politics involved Opportunity for growth is extremely limited if you work from home. If your stress level is not high, this is not for you. I don't really get stressed but I have seen people cry when the time came to log in. Although they offer split schedules and opportunity to work from home, they are not very flexible when it comes to school and life. It is all about them, which is somewhat understandable. I have seen people resign because they were denied the opportunity at a better schedule to accommodate their education.
