The management in the Travel Department are not from Travel Sales Departments and absolutely have no clue how to set the proper atmosphere. It makes work dull and boring. They will try not to answer how much your commissions can be for as long as they possibly can. They'll even mislead you on pay expectations throughout the hiring and training process. In the end you'll come to realize they are not trying to payout much in commissions and they pocket all the commissions paid on travel that CMs purchase. Those commissions can be more than you're paid monthly and you DO NOT get a percentage of it. Needless to say... People leave on a regular basis if they don't value the company.
