Good wage & medical benefit with spacious work environment in good location.
Cons
Senior management is not transparent & not informative of sudden changes in operation which lead to confusion & negative effect. Behavior issue in favor of their own group of people & misjudge the staff, senior management still doing it. Too many online survey and training which really a burden for staff to complete after office hour. It become a waste due to the metrics result doesn't reflect the actual local market situation, IT support outsource to other country which has language barrier & speed is slow take few hours or even more where as has own IT staff they fix it right away. Due to Politic, Hierarchy & Pride on senior management make things worsen.Getting candid feedback from staff before exit the company should be a help to alert them but nothing change so far. Again top management never notice this from ground level except the report only from senor management.
