      Pros

      Very Employee friendly, Decent pay salary master, good employee facilities and work environment, good work culture, strong on values social and corporate, global brand, one feel proud to be associated with an organization like this.

      Cons

      Overall corporate leadership was very good, but mid level leadership could have been better. This could be very specific to what I observed, so this should not be seen as a organization wide downside.

      Great brands of all cards, good reputation to consumers and business, great customer service and problem resolution, realistic expectations for sales people, always clear vision of the task at hand and desired results

      Cons

      Sometimes micro management to extremes even of highly experienced managers, sales people sometimes tasked with metrics that were completely out of their control
