Pros

Remote work from home, consistent hourly wage

Cons

You are expected to personalize every call but are allowed no time to do so. Amex's goals do not align with reality. Commision is $0 as you can never meet the other nonsensical metrics such as VIBES which prevent you from qualifying for any payout.

Pros

Free food 2 days work from home Friendly people overall

Cons

It seems mostly on luck if you’ll get sales You’ll be reading off a script basically where if a disc life is triggered you have to read the entire disclosure. It feels like you’re just reading things 90% of the time. Sales plan is confusing, I asked more tenure people about the sales plan and they couldn’t really explain it to me. You won’t find out how much you are going to make until that month. And you commission is based off of 2 months ago. Being there 1 year everyone wears it like a badge of honor like “I made it”. Which is cool but if has a weird vibe to it, I do t want to feel like I survived. Over all I don’t think you’ll like it if you don’t like reading disclosures all day
