A few people make life miserable at what could be a Great Place to Work, but really isn't despite being on the "list" which they buy their way on to with perks and free day of PTO. A keep your head down and do what you are told yes-man culture. And people do it because the pay and benefits are good or because they just want to promote at all cost or there aren't other ins companies in town as an alternative. They say open, honest, engagement, team etc...but allow inconsistent behavior by execs. Routinely saw people yelled at and bullied in front of others. No one will do anything even though top management knows the offenders. People are afraid to speak up. If you do, there is retribution. People lie about others to get ahead, and it works! Management plays favorites. Doesn't even ask for the other side, nor listen if it is given.
