      Hard to find any pros

      Cons

      Long hours without breaks for food or bathroom. Must fit into certain mold to be truly accepted . Expected to work alone most of the time. No catch up time for difficult patients. Management pretends to care. Cliquish type environment. Set up for failure.

      Enjoyed the position the short time I was there. Was not given a fair chance

      Was hired in a management position, trained and was in the job less than 2 weeks when I was told I was not a right fit for the company. Nothing was previously mentioned to me before this meeting saying that I was doing anything wrong. How could they determine this when I was only in my position for 1 week. Apparently they decided to give the position to someone who already worked there with no management experience when I have 20 yrs experience. Extremely Unprofessional
