Good benefits VS Bad pay

Pros

Hours are fair 8-5 Monday - Friday. Bonuses earned based on center performance. Company offers good benefits. Medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage. Also match 401K, offer legal assistance, life insurance, short and long term disability, etc. If you are a good and productive employee management works with you on days off needed for personal/family affairs. Manager does the best they can with the recourses they are given.

Cons

Pay is very poor and not worth the mental stress gained from this job. Director of Operations has the ability to change this, but chooses not to. Cost of living has gone up since the Pandemic, but this company fails to acknowledge this affects their employees as a whole especially the ones with dependents. They will hardly give you a decent raise (no more then 0.25 cents), but have no issue to raise the price of imaging for their patients who are making them richer. Bonuses are not based on individual performance, it's given only if the # Goal is met for MRI/CT (High Modality aka the money makers). USRS can deduct the cost of any bonuses they pay to their employees, as long as the bonus represents pay for services rather than a gift, In the end the company looses nothing financially. Employee feed back is asked on a yearly "anonymous" survey, but no actual changes are made to benefits centers or it's employees who are the ones keeping this company going. Employees are not valued or appreciated. You can go above and beyond for a patient, but it will not be recognized. This is a job for someone who has no kids, no degree, and does not have the intelligence to realize they are getting screwed over by money hungry company.

Pros

The best reason to work at American Health Imaging was that Facility Administrator was barely on site or any management to directly report to.

Cons

The downside to working at American Health Imaging was the lack to grow in position or compensation unless you were a constant yes person to the team and higher ups. If you said no or questioned things you were met with unfair treatment.
