      Enjoyed the position the short time I was there. Was not given a fair chance

      Cons

      Was hired in a management position, trained and was in the job less than 2 weeks when I was told I was not a right fit for the company. Nothing was previously mentioned to me before this meeting saying that I was doing anything wrong. How could they determine this when I was only in my position for 1 week. Apparently they decided to give the position to someone who already worked there with no management experience when I have 20 yrs experience. Extremely Unprofessional

      No benefits or bonuses for part-timers even though we do just as much of the work as full-timers
